How do I sign up?

You can sign up at: https://www.tiddlybox.com/get-started

Simply select your child(ren)’s age category and gender, choose a monthly subscription or 3, 6 or 12 month plan and enter your personal details. Gift plans are separate; please see the Gift FAQ’s.

Do I have to order Tiddly Box every month?

The monthly subscription is renewed automatically every month until you opt out. For 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions, you pay for the term in advance and your subscription will automatically renew after this term unless you decide to opt out.

Can I order more than one box?

You can order as many boxes as you wish but only one box per child per month. Many customers purchase for their own child as well as their siblings and gifts for their friends. All you need to do is fill in each child’s information so we issue the relevant box dependent on age. You can add as many children as you wish and manage these within your basket and account. A new payment transaction will occur as necessary.

My baby is not born yet and the gender is a surprise, which option do I choose?

You should choose the 0- 1 years old and the gender ‘Not yet revealed’. Once your baby is born, you can update a child’s name, date of birth and gender under your account.

How do I update my delivery address?

You can update your delivery details under your account.

Can I update a child’s details?

Yes, you can update a child’s name, date of birth and gender under ‘Subscriptions’ within your account.

Can I add additional boxes for another child?

Yes, you can under your account by selecting ‘Add New Subscription’.

How do I update my payment details?

You can update your payment details under ‘Payment Methods’ within your account.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’re sorry to hear that you wish to end your subscription to Tiddly Box. If there’s anything we can do to help you find you a more suitable plan then please do get in touch with our Customer Care Team. You can reach us via email at info@tiddlybox.com.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by giving ten (10) days notice prior to your next being due through your account on the website.

Please note that you are unable to cancel orders already in progress. Any pre-paid fixed subscriptions or pre-paid gift plans cannot be cancelled before the term completes and will not be eligible for a refund. Therefore, if you have already been charged for the upcoming box(es), you will still receive those but you will see no further charges or receive subsequent boxes after that.

How do I give a gift?

Tiddly Box is the perfect gift from relatives, friends and colleagues. Please visit our gift page at www.tiddlybox.com/gift and choose which subscription you wish to purchase as a pre-paid gift. Gifts can be sent as a one off, 3, 6 or 12 month plan.

Tiddly Box gifts also include a printable gift card for you to give the recipient prior to Tiddly Box being delivered.

How much do gifts cost?

Tiddly Box pre-paid gifts start from £20 for a one off gift, £50 for a 3 month gift, £90 for a 6 month gift and £150 for a 12 month gift.

When can I expect the subscription box to arrive?

We typically ship monthly boxes around the 16th of the month but this can be subject to change.

If you have purchased your first subscription between the 1st and the 15th of the month, your box will be typically shipped with the other monthly orders on the 16th. If you purchase after the 16th of the month, we will ship your first box within 2-3 days. Kindly note that we are not liable for any unforeseen postal delays.

Do I need to be in the house to receive Tiddly Box?

No, Tiddly Box is conveniently delivered through your letterbox.

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes there is no additional charge for shipping within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland).

Where do you ship to?

We deliver anywhere in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland). Please note we currently do not ship overseas.

How much does the subscription box cost?

There are four subscription options for UK customers:

  • A monthly subscription costs £14.99 per box including postage. This continues on a monthly basis unless you opt out of the plan.
  • A 3 month subscription costs £13.99 per box including postage, which is billed quarterly. This subscription automatically renews after 3 months unless you opt out of the plan.
  • A 6 month subscription costs £12.99 per box including postage which is billed half yearly. This subscription automatically renews after 6 months unless you opt out of the plan.
  • A 12 month subscription costs £11.99 per box including postage which is billed annually. This subscription automatically renews after 12 months unless you opt out of the plan.

When will initial payment be taken? 

You will be charged an initial payment for your chosen subscription plan upon checkout.

When will recurring payments be taken? 

For monthly, 3 month and 6 month plans, recurring payments will be taken on the 1st of the expiration month. For 12 month plans, recurring payments will be taken annually on the same date you made the initial purchase.

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes there is no additional charge for shipping within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland).

Is personalisation included in the cost? 

Yes, the prices shown for the personalised products include the item and the personalisation element.

How long is production time for personalised products? 

On the description of each personalised product, it will state what the production time is (e.g. 1 – 3 days).

What are the delivery options and costs for personalised products?

We currently ship to the UK only and the options for this are;

Economy – £2.95

Standard – £3.45

Standard tracked – £4.95

Can I cancel a personalised product order? 

Once an order is placed, you will be unable to cancel the order as the products supplied are made to the customer’s specification or are clearly personalised. You will be responsible for the personalised data entered and therefore we supply the personalised products with the details you enter. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are damaged (on arrival) or faulty. In the event of this, please contact us once you have received your order.
